School of the Osage

It was a busy day of district-wide meetings focused on supporting our students, families, and staff! During the District Safety Meeting, Tammy Walden shared information about the Handle With Care program. Our All-Tribes Meeting brought OFP Boards, OFP members, and district and building administrators together, while our Fall Federal Programs Informational Meeting provided updates on Title I, Title II, Title IV, McKinney-Vento, English Learners, Foster Care, and the 21st Century Grant. We wrapped up with our Wellness Meeting, where Wellness Coordinator, Denise Baker, and Food Services Director, Kim Whittle, shared information about wellness, nutrition, and programs available to support our students and families. Lots of information, lots of collaboration, and lots of possibilities for supporting Osage students!
