Our Philosophy
Children are born to learn! A child’s first and most influential teachers are their caregivers and families - those who know them best and strive to see them flourish. We actively engage families and nurture positive connections so every child can grow to reach their full potential.
What are Personal Visits?
Parent Educators partner with enrolled families to provide personal visits. During these, PAT staff will work with parents to:
Offer play-based activities to support language, cognition, social-emotional, and motor learning.
Increase children’s school readiness and success.
Increase knowledge of early childhood development and improve positive parenting practices.
Provide early detection of developmental delays and connections to services.
Empower parents with tools to support quality connections, relationships, and parent-child interactions.

Imagination Library
We are excited to share Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library with our littlest learners!
Children from birth to age five are eligible for the program, which sends one free, age-appropriate book per month to enrolled children.
*SOTO does not distribute the books, but we are proud to share the news of free, high-quality books.
