The District is requesting qualifications from firms to provide a full range of services as Construction Manager at-Risk (CMaR) during the planning, design, and construction phases for capital improvements, construction, and consulting services on District facilities and projects. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first step in a two-step competitive selection process. The selected Construction Manager at Risk will work collaboratively with the District, the design team, and the Owner's Representative throughout the planning, design, and construction phases of the projects.
Interested firms are encouraged to review the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document for submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and important deadlines. The RFQ is available on the District's Requests for Qualifications webpage. Statements of Qualifications are due by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
