New Student Enrollment
Welcome to School of the Osage! We have four different schools that your child may be enrolled in. Heritage Elementary is where all students going into kindergarten-2nd will be enrolled. Our Osage Upper Elementary School is where students grades 3-5 will be enrolled. Our middle school is for students up to 8th grade, and all 9th-12th graders attend the high school.
Items needed for enrollment district wide:
- Birth Certificate
- Current Immunization Record
- Two Proofs of Residency currently dated with Physical Address
*Please bring these items to the office when registering your student. Go to the school of your oldest student first.
*Enrollment paperwork will be given upon arrival.
